We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, debit cards with Visa or Master Card logos, and cash. Sorry, no checks. |
Can some one else pay for my service? |
Yes, we have no problem accepting payment for your service from any one but we don't take credit cards by phone and the owner of the credit card must be present. |
Do you charge more at night, on weekends or holidays? |
No, there is no extra charge for nights, weekend or holiday service! |
I'm a Purdue student. Can my parents pay by credit card over the phone? |
No, we can not take credit cards by phone. |
Do you accept cash?

Can I ride in the truck when my vehicle is towed? |
Yes, we can take two passengers by law in the truck. It is unlawful to ride in the towed vehicle. If there are more than two people, we can assist with transportation. |
Do you offer discounts? |
Yes, people over the age of 55, Purdue students and employees, employees of St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Tipmont REMC members, and Ivy Tech students and employees.
A Coupon can be found in the Verizon phonebook. The discount is limited to 10% off the cost of towing.
A standard tow $45.00- $4.50 = $40.50.
A flatbed tow or dolly tow $70.00- $7.00 = $63.00 |
What services to you provide? |
Towing of any size vehicle from mopeds to semis
Jump starts for vehicle less than 1 ton truck
Pull starts for vehicles over 1 ton truck - no diesels
Unlocks- limits on some truck over 1 ton
Fuel for out of fuel vehicles, except for over 1 ton truck
Change or Air tires on vehicles less than 1 ton truck
Stuck calls - vehicles off the roadway but not wrecked
Accidents, includes cleaning debris and using floor dry at the scene

Do you move sheds? |
No, we do not. |
I have a flat tire. Can you fix it without towing my car? |
We can not repair tires. We can put the spare on. If the tire will hold air, we have compressors to air it up and you can drive it to a repair shop. |
I ran out of gas. Can you help? |
Yes, we have gas cans on the trucks. |
My car won't start and we've tried to jump it but it still won't start, can you help? |
Usually we can because we have a higher amperage than a regular vehicle. If we are unsuccessful, we can tow it to a place of repair. |
Is there anything related to a vehicle you don't do? |
There is very little we can't do. We specialize in towing of any size vehicle. We have 52 years of experience in recovery of vehicles from common and unusual circumstances. There are limits to work done on 1 ton and larger vehicles related to pull starts, fuel, tire work, and some unlocks. |
Can I order some one else's vehicle towed if it's illegally parked? |
No, only the police, the property owner or their authorized representative may removed an illegally parked vehicle. |
My car has been towed. How do I get it back? |
First, we must determine if there is a hold. If there is one, you must go to the impounding police department to get it released. Usually, proof of ownership and insurance is required. If the proof is in the vehicle, we remove from the vehicle so it may be picked up at the office. If there is no hold or if the hold has been released by the police, then all you do is pay the charges. |

I don't think it's fair that you towed my car. Who can I talk to? |
Your vehicle was impounded by a police department or a property owner. If there is a complain about authorization of the tow, you will need to talk to them. We are just the middle man, doing a job we were hired to do. |

What are your hours? |
Trucks are available 24/ 7. However, the office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
The office is also closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We close at noon on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. If you need to pick up your vehicle after business hours, there is a fee of $35.00 to send a driver to the office. |
Do you give referrals? |
We are members of the Indiana Towing & Wrecker Association. We know towing companies throughout the state of Indiana. So, if you are traveling in Indiana, we can give you the number of local towing company to assist you. Membership in the Towing & Recovery Association of America gives us access to towing companies throughout the country. Locally, we have relationships will reputable companies who do large truck road service which we don't do. |
